A proud educator since 2000 with more than a dozen years of classroom teaching experience, Chris has worked with hundreds of students and families, been a member of a number of school and district teams and worked as a Teacher Leader, Union Leader, Project Manager, and Director.
Prior to moving to Boston in 2015, Chris had a successful fifteen-year career with the Greece Central School District located outside of Rochester, New York where he served in many successful and diverse roles. Chris most recently served as the Director of Leadership Strategy with the Boston Public Schools where he had the opportunity to work with district and school leaders on professional learning and building leadership capacity. Chris is most passionate about supporting teacher development and bringing teacher voice to the table which is critical to impact education reform. Chris has worked with educational leaders near and to improve student achievement and labor relations. He holds a M.S in Teaching and Curriculum from the University of Rochester and a M.S in Educational Leadership from St. John Fisher College.
