Madonna Ramp

Doctoral Resident

Madonna is a Doctoral Resident with Teach Plus in Texas and a Dean’s Fellow in Education Leadership at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.  
 

Madonna has designed and led a private online course for systems-level education leaders and served as a leadership coach for MBA students.  Madonna began her career leading the oldest crisis center training program in the nation in Michigan, and then taught high school special education and reading in Miami and Austin. In previous roles she has built, redesigned, and supported development systems for teachers and leaders in a variety of settings. Madonna has also held national consulting roles and fellowships with TNTP, Teach for America, and the US Education Department.
 
Madonna holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.A. from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is a National Board Certified Teacher.
