All Means All—Making Remote Learning Work for Every Illinois Student

Objective and Overview:

As teachers design and manage remote learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Teach Plus Illinois will provide a free, facilitated, collaborative space for Illinois teachers to adapt to the new remote learning environment.  We will work together to address communication engagement strategies, social and emotional supports, and provide a basic schema for curriculum planning.

Who is leading:

Exceptionally trained teacher leaders from Teach Plus Illinois Teacher Leaders, Illinois State Teachers of the Year and the National Board have partnered together to provide excellent leadership and expertise in their content area for all participants

Who is eligible:

Any teacher in the state of Illinois may participate

What’s Available:
  • Twice-weekly PLCs, organized by grade band and content level, providing a virtual teacher-led space for collaboration.  The first session each week will focus on problem-solving and addressing unique needs.  The second session will focus on instructional planning for the coming week. 
  • A weekly tech support session with a teacher expert on various tech tools, including Google Classroom, Flipgrid and more.
