CHICAGO: TEACH PLUS TEACHER LEADERS SOLVE PROBLEMS OF PRACTICE TO IMPROVE STUDENT OUTCOMES

Collaboratively with their principal, Change Agent Teacher Leaders identify a learning priority based on student data that aligns with the schoolwide strategic plan. Through the program, teacher leaders build a purpose-driven team, analyze data to track progress, and collaborate to target specific shifts in teacher practice to positively impact outcomes for their students.

POWER NETWORKS: TEACHERS DRIVING CHANGE, PEER TO PEER

Through our programs, Teach Plus has demonstrated the power of bringing teachers together to innovate and share solutions to systemic challenges facing their students. We form local networks of teacher leaders who assess student needs and lead continuous improvement cycles to address them.
