The race is not given to the swift nor to the strong, but to those who endure until the end.  We are in the battlefields enduring the continuous fight for change and creation of policies that are equitable and foster access to "quality" curriculum,  climate, resources and opportunities for those who we dare to dream - our students!  When the race gets tougher.. our growth mindsets are stronger as we know that there is victory in unity!
