Isaac is a physics teacher at Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis, where he also serves as a science teacher for Titan Academy, an alternative education program after school for students with behavioral issues. He also serves as the leader of the professional learning community of the Math/Science Academy teachers. Before working at Tech, Isaac spent three years as a physics and engineering teacher at Pike High School and a year teaching Algebra-based Physics at Herron High School. Archer Bunner teaches Mathematics in the Special Education Department and facilitates a Conflict Resolution and Leadership course at Richmond High School in Richmond, IN. Archer is the Special Education Department Chair at RHS and serves as a building representative in the local union.  Archer was named the Secondary Teacher of the Year in the 2018-2019 school year for Richmond Community Schools and was honored with the Professional Character Award for Wayne County in 2019. Archer is currently the President of the local chapter of DKG, a professional organization for women teachers, and is President of a volunteer-run non-profit called the Alternatives to Violence Project - USA.  Archer received a BA (2011) and MAT (2014) from Earlham College in Richmond, IN. Archer has teaching licenses in Secondary Social Studies and Mathematics along with K-12 Special Education, Mild Intervention.

Dianne Burpo is 2019-20 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow. Dianne remediates struggling 1st grade readers in a reading recovery program at Ouabache Elementary School in Terre Haute, IN. She is also a Title I teacher who works with K-2 intervention/ enrichment groups and serves as a leader on the school’s core team. Dianne volunteers as a representative with the Indiana State Teachers Association. She has taught 1st grade and full day kindergarten for over two decades and is National Board certified as an early childhood generalist. Dianne has been recognized by the Vigo County Education Foundation with an “Excellence in Education” award and by WTHI-TV with a Golden Apple Award. She graduated from Indiana State University with a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Early Childhood Education.
