Jack Kellerman is a 2020-21 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow. He teaches 8th grade Math at Henry W. Longfellow Middle School 28 in Indianapolis within Indianapolis Public Schools. Jack previously taught 7th and 8th grade math and Algebra I at the Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School. In his second year, Jack also served as a Secondary Math Teacher Coach, where he focused on taking good math instruction to great through the power of dialectic conversations. Jack earned BAs in Political Science and Rhetoric from Wabash College. Jack was awarded the Ryan Shaw Award, given to the top political science major, and the Senior Award of Merit, the award given to the senior who went above and beyond in community service. Later, he received a MAT in secondary math education from Marian University.
