John Sternfeld is a 2020-21 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow. He teaches Spanish and Chinese at Terre Haute North Vigo High School in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he sponsors of the Chinese Club. He has been a member on several school committees, most recently the parent outreach group called PALS. John has also taught in Maryland and China. He received his BA in Chinese from the University of Iowa, and he received his license to teach from Indiana University in Bloomington.
