Kourtney Hallice is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Policy Fellow. Kourtney is a kindergarten (K2) inclusion teacher at Young Achievers in Mattapan, Massachusetts, where she is the K2 team leader and a member of the instructional leadership team. Kourtney supports the district as a Recruitment Fellow. Previously, she served in three AmeriCorps programs, including the Boston Teacher Residency. Kourtney earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her MEd in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
