Rachael Kabagabu is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Rachael teaches French 1, French 2, and French 3K at Cypress Falls High School in Houston, Texas. She serves on the campus Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) committee and has presented at districtwide and school professional development sessions. She is the teacher advisor for French Club, French National Honor Society, and the Black Student Union. She graduated from Hope College with a BA in French and Biology.
