La Chae’ Swindle, EdD, is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and 3rd grade English language arts and social studies teacher at Add B. Anderson School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She serves as School Technology Coordinator and Building Representative for the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers union. La Chae’ previously taught 2nd grade and worked as a Head Start teacher. She is certified in Wilson Reading System Level 1. La Chae’ earned a BS in child and family studies and elementary education from Albright College, MEd in early childhood education from Chestnut Hill College, and EdD in educational leadership and management from Drexel University.
