Vanessa Medor is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Commonwealth Policy Fellow. Vanessa teaches 6th grade math at Match Middle School in Jamaica Plain, MA. She began her service there as a member of the homegrown program at Teach for America Massachusetts. Vanessa supports Match Corp members in daily curriculum development and instruction and co-leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at her middle school campus. She earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Boston College and her MEd from Boston University in curriculum and teaching.
