Vincent Cefali is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Illinois Teaching Policy Fellow. Vince teaches choral and general music at Lincoln Middle School in Berwyn, Illinois,where he has directed the award-winning Lincoln Honors Choir. He has served the district as a coach and professional development leader on culturally-responsive teaching practices and confronting teacher bias in the classroom. Vincent graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a BA in Music Education and received his MEd in Social and Cultural Foundations in Education from DePaul University.
