Ninoska Wong Shing is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Philadelphia Affinity Group Network Facilitator and school psychologist for the School District of Philadelphia in Philadelphia. She serves on the district’s School Psychologist Professional Learning Committee and supervises school counselors seeking state licensure. Ninoska previously taught middle school language arts, served as a K–8 and high school counselor for nearly 20 years, and was on the district’s School Counselor Steering Committee. She was highlighted during National School Counseling Week (2021) and National School Psychologists Week (2026). Ninoska earned a BS in secondary education from Temple University, MA in counseling from Montclair State University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in school psychology from Eastern University.
