Shreya Agrawal, MBA, MsPH (she/her) is the Chief of Staff at Teach Plus. In this role, she facilitates the organization’s ongoing strategy development process and stewards that strategy through annual planning, progress monitoring, and org-wide communications activities.
Shreya has twelve years of experience working in social sector roles, including global public health, focusing on strategy, data collection techniques, health system strengthening, maternal and child health, and community mobilization. Her work took her to many countries including Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and India.
Prior to joining Teach Plus, Shreya spent five years at Teach for America, focused on strategy-related projects to executive directors and developed more integrated pathways across national teams. She started her career in education as a Miami-Dade Teach for America corps member, teaching middle school math.
Shreya holds a MBA from the Yale School of Management, with a focus on nonprofit management and global social enterprise, and a Master’s degree in international public health from Johns Hopkins University. She serves on the board of multiple non-profits. Shreya lives in Nebraska with her husband and two children.
