Juan Diaz is a 2nd grade exceptional transitional native language instructor and teacher leader in Denver. Juan has served as a mentor teacher for teacher preparation students and has interviewed fellow educators in Colorado to learn how their experiences during the pandemic could lead to the systemic and structural changes in K-12 education.
