Salvador Limon is a middle school special education teacher and student advocate in South Central, Los Angeles. Salvador is a veteran teacher who has represented Teach Plus California in conversations on family engagement with the California Department of Education. As part of his fellowship, Salvador contributed to an educators’ tool that helps to reimagine an education system that puts students and their needs at the forefront of decision making.
