Delta Change Agent Network

Teach Plus is launching a network of educators across the Delta to facilitate school-based change while building their skills and exercising their leadership. The Mississippi Delta Change Agent Network will bring teacher leaders together from across districts to create an equity-centered network hyper-focused on improving the culture and climate of schools and, ultimately, the educational experience for students. 

Teach Plus is prepared to support teacher leaders as they engage in redesigning their schools’ instructional practices, as well as the culture of their classrooms and schools, to better meet their students’ academic and social-emotional learning needs. Change Agents will engage their principals and teams of their colleagues in examining the needs of the school community, identifying the scope of the need for change in their schools and charting a path forward to solve problems of practice through continuous improvement.
