Kimberly Alderman is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and elementary reading interventionist teacher leader at Thomas J. Kenny Elementary School in Boston. She serves as an instructional leadership team member and co-facilitator of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports and Student Success Team groups. Kimberly previously worked as a teacher of students with multiple disabilities and complex healthcare needs. She earned her Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher certification from the Center for Effective Reading Instruction (2023). Kimberly obtained a BA in elementary education and applied psychology and human development, and MEd in severe special education from Boston College.
