Aletha Williams was a 2022-2023 Along Teacher Fellow, 2021-2023 Teach Plus Ready to Lead Senior Fellow, 2020-2022 Teach Plus Ready to Lead Fellow, 2019-2020 Teach Plus Senior Policy Fellow, and a 2019-2018 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. She is the creator of an affinity group called Change Agents of Katy ISD, which helps to get more teachers of color into the teaching profession. An educator for 18 years, Aletha is a site coordinator and lecturer for Texas Tech University, a science instructional coach for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and the credit recovery teacher/graduation coach for Patricia E. Paetow High School teacher in Katy ISD.
