Moses Allen is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus New Mexico Policy Fellow and 7th and 8th grade English language arts teacher and teacher mentor at Cien Aguas International School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He serves as faculty advisor for the Dungeons & Dragons and eSports after-school programs. Moses previously worked with Media Savvy Citizens as a media literacy trainer and held international teaching roles in South Korea, Italy, Austria, and Mexico. He serves as chair of the curriculum and professional development subcommittee for the New Mexico Public Education Department’s Black Education Act Advisory Council. Moses earned an AA in liberal arts from Springfield College in Illinois, BA in philosophy from North Park University, MA in education from Benedictine University, and PhD in educational linguistics from the University of New Mexico.
