Nina Alley is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and 6th grade special education teacher at Memorial Middle School in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She provides high-quality instruction to students with disabilities in an inclusive setting. Previously, Nina served as a member of the Secondary Teacher and Principal Advisory Cabinet for the Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (2020-2021) focused on teaching and leading during COVID-19, culturally responsive approaches to professional learning, and educator evaluation. She earned her BA in community education and engagement from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and MEd in curriculum and instruction from Pennsylvania State University.
