April Greene is a 3rd grade English Language Arts and social studies teacher at The Walker-Jones Education Campus in Washington, D.C. In addition to her classroom responsibilities, April serves as a T3 Teacher Leader, working with teachers in the 2nd and 3rd grade on using data to drive instruction and meet school-wide goals. April has served on the Chancellors Cabinet for DC Public Schools and was a Teacher Central to Leadership Fellow in the District, working with administrators on IMPACT, DCPS’s Teacher Evaluation System. April earned her BA in communications from Howard University and her MEd in education policy from American University.
