Natalie Arias is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Teacher Network Fellow. Natalie is the Student Services Facilitator at Stevenson Middle School in San Antonio, Texas. In her instructional/administrative support role, she fosters academic achievement for all students on campus and promotes the growth and development of teachers as a mentor and coach. Natalie taught high school English for 3 years, middle school Art for 6 years, and has served in various campus and district leadership roles as well as a Mentor Teacher in partnership with the UTSA College of Education Teacher Preparation Program. She served as both a Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow and a Senior Fellow. With two other Teach Plus Texas alumni, Natalie created and co-hosts the All Things Education podcast. Natalie earned her BA in English from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
