Ashley Arlt is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Michigan Policy Fellow and high school social studies teacher for Cadillac Area Public Schools in Cadillac, Michigan. She advises student clubs in her district, including the Animal Wellness Club, and co-advises the Youth in Government group, working with students of all backgrounds to provide access, opportunities, and inclusion. Ashley earned her BA in social studies education and a minor in Black studies from Saginaw Valley State University.
