Charlotte Armstrong is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Mississippi Policy Fellow and is a 6th-grade school counselor at Horn Lake Middle School in Horn Lake. She focuses on students’ social and emotional well-being and academic planning for college and career readiness. Charlotte is a member of the American School Counseling Association, the Magnolia State School Counselor Association, and the Mississippi Counseling Association. She was selected as an Emerging Leader for the Mississippi Counseling Association and SCUTA Ambassador 2020-2021. Charlotte is a board-certified school counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors and the executive director of EducateU, a non-profit organization. She earned her BA in Social Work and an MEd in School Counseling at the University of Mississippi. Charlotte is licensed as a Social Worker in Tennessee and Mississippi.
