Jennifer Ashford is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and kindergarten teacher leader at Langford Elementary in Chicago. She serves on the Culture and Climate Committee and Multi-Tiered System of Supports and Instructional Leadership Team, working to foster a positive school environment and ensure high-quality instruction. Previously, Jennifer was Conscious Discipline Team Lead, providing education and guidance on social-emotional learning. She was recognized for her students achieving the highest academic growth in mathematics. Jennifer earned her BA in early childhood education from Roosevelt University and her MA in educational leadership from Concordia University.
