Kimberly Bell is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Harmony Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member. Kimberly is a reading language specialist at Harmony Science Academy in Fort Worth, Texas. She also serves on the instructor-led training team and is an active teacher leader on her campus. She facilitates a new club called Peers Making Peace, where 5th grade students serve as peer mediators during conflicts that may arise between fellow students. Kimberly previously taught second grade at Harmony School of Innovation where she served as a professional learning community leader as well as mentoring numerous new teachers and serving as the Department chair. She is recognized as an exemplary teacher per her Teacher Incentive Allotment designation and is a proud graduate of Abilene Christian University where she earned her BS in elementary education.
