Selami Bingol is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Harmony Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member. Selami is a chemistry and forensic science teacher at Harmony Science Academy in Houston, Texas. He serves as a curriculum writer, a STEM mentor, and a system course leader and district professional learning community Leader for chemistry. Prior to these roles, he accumulated seven years of experience in educational leadership. Selami is a Texas Education Agency Certified chemistry teacher and has achieved the distinguished designation of Teacher Incentive Allotment Master Designate teacher. He earned his BA in chemistry from Marmara University and his MA in management from International Burch University, and his MEd in instructional leadership with a major in chemistry from the American College of Education.
