Christine Bizzell is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Indiana Senior Policy Fellow and K-3 literacy coach at Christian Park Elementary School in Indianapolis. She serves as a Garden Club facilitator and member of the School Improvement Team. Christine previously served as a K-2 classroom teacher, instructional coach, and member of the Cultural Relevancy and Equitable Education Indianapolis Public Schools School Board Policy team. She received the Russell C. Hill Award for Leadership in Character Education (2014) and the K-12 Ohio Reading Endorsement (2023). Christine began her teaching career as an Indianapolis Teaching Fellow. She earned a BA in music from Indiana University, MPA in non-profit management from Indiana University, MA in teaching from Marian University, and MEd in reading from Bowling Green State University.
