Bobby Bailey is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches 6th grade Math and Pre-AP at Billy Earl Dade Middle School in Dallas, Texas. Bobby serves as the Instructional Lead Teacher (ILT), team lead for his grade level, and a mentor to new educators. He has taught 4th and 5th grade math, social studies, and science. Bobby is a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and has been recognized as a distinguished teacher (DTR) in Dallas ISD, exemplary teacher by TEA, and was awarded teacher of the year in 2016-2017 and 2019-2020. Bobby received his BA in Business Management & Administration from Huston-Tillotson University.
