Denisha Bolden is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and special education teacher at Freedom High School in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She serves as National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s Youth Council Advisor. Denisha previously taught middle school special education at Easton Area Middle School. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Educator Diversity Consortium and International Literacy Association. Denisha earned a BA in special education from Western Governors University, MA in teaching with a concentration in reading from Cedar Crest College, and EdD in educational leadership from Drexel University.
