Stacey Cadogan is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Michigan Policy Fellow and 1st grade teacher at Post Oak Academy, an International Baccalaureate Chinese Immersion school in Lansing. She serves on her school’s leadership team and as testing coordinator, collaborating on schoolwide literacy initiatives and leading the March is Reading Month program. Stacey also mentors fellow educators to support their instructional growth. She previously taught in Milwaukee, serving as the lead reading teacher for 3rd and 4th grade. Stacey was named Post Oak Academy’s Staff Member of the Month (2025). She earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and MA in literacy from Central Michigan University.
