Jennifer Calloway is a 2025–2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and 8th-grade English teacher at Pinnacle View Middle School in Little Rock, Arkansas. She serves as the English department chair and a member of her school’s leadership team, known as the guiding coalition. Jennifer received certificates for Highest Growth in Reading and Overall Growth (2022–2023) and was Teacher of the Year at Pinnacle View (2024). Previously, she taught 7th-grade English and served as an Education Accelerated by Service and Technology facilitator at Maumelle Middle School in Maumelle. Jennifer served as a team leader while completing the Arkansas Leadership Academy’s three-year Teacher Leader Institute. She earned a BS in middle-level education from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
