Lili Carrasco is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Lili teaches early childhood special education at Fabens Elementary School in Fabens, Texas. She is the special education department chair and new teacher mentor. Lili applies a whole-person approach to education. She is driven to empower others through her contributions in education and the community. Lili is a proud United States Air Force Veteran. Lili earned an AAS in physical therapy from the Community College of the Air Force, a BS in social psychology from Park University, an MEd in educational leadership from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and an MEd in special education from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is currently enrolled in Texas Tech University’s PhD special education program.
