Lillian Carrasquillo Pérez is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and an Assistant Principal at E.H. Bennett Elementary School in Taunton, Massachusetts. Lillian creates spaces for educators to feel empowered to incorporate evidence-based strategies and activities that foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students, especially multilingual learners, as well as focuses on engaging families. Previously, she was a 4th grade dual language English and Spanish teacher, Instructional Leadership Team member and GLEAM® (instruction that is grade-level, engaging, affirming, and meaningful) Champion at Brophy Elementary School in Framingham, Massachusetts. She completed a certificate program at Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership (2024-2025) and earned the School Principal/Assistant Principal license. Lillian obtained a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Puerto Rico and master’s in elementary education from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
