Cassandra Burk is a 2020-21 Kindergarten Readiness Innovator Teacher Leader who teaches kindergarten at Tripp Elementary School. She is a member of the Remote Learning Design Team and the SEL and Health Committee. Cassandra taught early childhood special education for seven years in which she conducted screenings with a multidisciplinary team, served on the E.C. Building and Evaluation Committee, and developed the E.C. Social Committee. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BA in early childhood education and received her MEd in curriculum and instruction from National Louis University.
