Cathy Haney is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Change Agent. Cathy teaches 4th grade at Robert Lee Frost Elementary School, where she is the lead reading teacher, lead Gifted and Talented teacher, and has written math curriculum. Cathy has developed innovative approaches that are repeatedly held up as the model standard for meeting district goals in areas including technology integration across the curriculum, experiential learning, literacy, and diversity. She graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Elementary Education and Marian University with a Special Education Certification.
