Mary Caudill is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow. She is an early childhood educator, servicing children from infancy to 4th grade in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Mary focuses on providing behavioral supports to children to help them socially and emotionally. She began her teaching career as a floating teacher and worked her way up to lead teacher. Mary is a member of Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), a nationwide teaching honor society. She has earned a BA in early learning and development from Carlow University’s Apprenticeship Program in Pittsburgh.
