Rainbow Chen is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and 11-12 grade humanities teacher at Boston Arts Academy in Boston, where she teaches Modern U.S. history, art history, and philosophy. She received a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant grant (2021), where she immersed herself in the Dutch education system and grew her skills as a global, culturally-informed educator. Rainbow earned a BA in education studies and history from Brown University and MEd in teaching and teacher leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
