Christina Etri is a 2021-22 Teach Plus Texas Senior Policy Fellow. She teaches 7th & 8th Grade AVID-STEM and is the AVID Campus Coordinator at Liberty Junior High in Richardson ISD. She also serves as an RISD STEM Trailblazer, a designation recognizing her expertise integrating technology in the classroom. Christina previously taught 6th grade Math and English Language Arts & Reading at Richardson Terrace Elementary, where she co-founded the Robotics Club and established a bi-monthly student book club. Christina coached Richardson ISD students in the Texas Lone Star Challenge and the Noetic Learning Math Challenge. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Art History.
