Elizabeth Ciccarelli-Rosa is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow and the middle school special education resource teacher at Harmony School of Endeavor in Houston. She provides middle school students with additional help in English language arts, math, science, and social studies. Elizabeth was a Teach Plus Texas Harmony Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member (2023-2024) and has been recognized as a Teacher Incentive Allotment Exemplary Teacher. She was nominated as her school’s Teacher of the Year (2022-2023). Elizabeth earned her BA in communication disorders with a minor in psychology from the University of Connecticut, and MS in childhood and special education from Long Island University.
