Brianna Cicero is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow, and Special Education Director and Teacher at Pennsylvania STEAM Academy Charter School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Previously, she worked at Harrisburg City’s Pre-K Counts program, New Story Schools as an emotional support teacher, and in the Reading School District as a Multi-Tiered System of Supports and Reading Interventionist. Brianna has been invited to speak in various venues, including Drexel University’s Social Justice in Education Conference and the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Model School Conference, where she shared her work on project-based learning in special education classrooms. She earned her BA in journalism from Temple University and an MEd focused on curriculum and instruction from the University of Houston. She is All But Dissertation for her EdD in educational leadership, focused on special education, at Drexel University.
