Cinda Rapp is a 2018-19 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Cinda coordinates the National Board Support Program in West Contra Costa Schools in Richmond, California She has taught students with visual impairments in Tennessee, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and in California for over 40 years. She is a National Board Certified teacher and serves on California’s Instructional Leadership Corps. She graduated from George Peabody College for Teachers (now of Vanderbilt) with a BA in Education and Special Education and San Francisco State University with a MA in Special Education, specializing in visual impairments.
