Javelin R. Clark is a 2025-2026 Mississippi Delta Change Agent. He teaches 10th-grade English II and serves as English Language Arts Curriculum Support Specialist at Yazoo City High School in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Javelin fosters student achievement and literacy development, focusing on educational strategies that support teachers and students. He earned a BA in English from Jackson State University and a 7-12 English and Social Studies certification through Belhaven University. Javelin plans to return to Belhaven to complete his MAT and graduate hours in English to teach dual credit/college English, as well as eventually seek a specialist degree and PhD in educational leadership and administration.
