Keyana Clements is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and is an Autistic Supports teacher leader for grades 3-5 in Penn Hills. She focuses on advocating and teaching her children that they are capable of amazing things and that they can succeed past the barriers that are set for them. Keyana began her teaching career as an Instructional Aide. She earned her BA in Early Childhood Education and MA in Special Education at Carlow University.
