Nikki Coffee is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and pre-K teacher at Kidsville Learning Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Nikki’s instruction centers on early literacy and writing, providing children with the essential building blocks they will rely on for all their future learning. As a member of the Trying Together 2024-2025 Advocacy Fellowship cohort, she deepened her understanding of effective advocacy strategies for the early learning field. The fellowship equipped her to confidently engage in policy discussions and drive meaningful change. Nikki is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She earned her BA in business and media communication from the University of Pittsburgh, and is currently finishing her MA in early childhood education.
