Nikki Coffee is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Senior Policy Fellow and a preK teacher at Kidsville Learning Center in Pittsburgh, building early literacy and foundational skills in young learners. Her advocacy journey began in the Trying Together Early Childhood Education Advocacy Fellowship (2024) and continues, with a focus on pay equity for early childhood educators, advancing the professionalism of the early childhood workforce, and championing policies that reflect the expertise and experiences of those working directly with young children. Nikki earned a BA in business and media communications from the University of Pittsburgh and MEd in early childhood education from Carlow University.
