Tricia Collins-Gayle

Tricia Collins-Gayle is a 2025-2026 Philadelphia Affinity Group Network Facilitator and kindergarten teacher at Richard Wright Elementary School in north Philadelphia. She has served on the Leadership team, Site Selection Committee, and Positive Behavior Intervention and Support team, as well as was reading interventionist and writing specialist. Tricia has been assistant professor of education at Cheyney University since 2020. She has authored and self-published 11 children’s books and leads professional development for the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers and American Federation of Teachers. Tricia has hosted and delivered workshops to teachers in Jamaica, where she was born and raised. She is a member of Phi Delta Kappa. Tricia has a BA in literature and social sciences from the University of the West Indies, master’s in elementary education from Cheyney University, and doctorate in educational leadership from Jones International University.
