Jennifer Cotter is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a kindergarten teacher at Durkin Park Elementary. She is a member of a new PLC that combines her previous instructional leadership team experience together with the multi-tiered system of support team. Jennifer has served as lead teacher, received a Rochelle Lee Award, and has her gifted and talented certification. Jennifer has a BA in elementary education and early childhood education from St. Norbert College. She has an endorsement in ESL from National Louis University, and is working on an MA in early childhood education.
